BENEFITS OF SELF LOVE

To me self-love has been beneficial since I become interested in healthy living.. I cannot let somebody else to be responsible for my health. If I want a healthy life I have to do it for myself. I improve my relationship with my husband, and I also become confident in all areas of my life. Very thankful I got into this. It is very rewarding.

When I wake up I ask myself, “Is today going to be a go with the flow day or a fulfilling day? ” I always ending up with something accomplished everyday. Even if it is a very little thing, it feels good to accomplish something. Even if I just visit a friend or do some I enjoy, that is called self care. Without knowing it, I am living with intention. I didn’t even notice it, till I have some free time to spare. Thankful and grateful I finished working on my first book. It will be out soon. Life is fun. It is giving me something to think about and something to do everyday. I learn something new everyday. Yay.

Philippians 4:9

Self-love- has helped me relax and enjoy life. I am aware of how important I am. Giving myself time to think before I act is such a blessing. I enjoy what am doing since I am incorporating self-love and self care into my daily routine. Just treat yourself how you treat your best friend. Take it easy on yourself. You can only do so much. Your health is important to you, so you can take care of others. You’ll be a better leader / worker, parent, family member or a friend, when you are relaxed and refreshed. Start doing what makes you happy. It’s your life. We are here to enjoy life and help others. Smile.

2 Timothy 1:7

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. (NKJV)
