Cora Parker was born in the Philippines on December 7, 1950. She graduated high school from Araullo High School in Manila Philippines in 1968🇵🇭 She received her degree in Home Economics at the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg Mo. Currently, she lives in Yuma, Arizona, with her husband. She taught and subbed K-12, worked in retail, and loves people. ❤️ When her youngest brother suffered and died from diabetes, she had to do something to stop the same thing happening again. Her younger siblings and her mom have died and suffered from diabetes. This book was written to help and encourage others to stay healthy through healthy living. At 72, she has no medication. She’s energetic, enthusiastic, optimistic, and enjoying life to the fullest. Her desire to reach ott and encourage as many people as possible to take care of their health led her into writing.
