Best way to live

Simple living is more focused on the quality of relationships, good  health, and well-being. It helps us grow spiritually  as we lost interest away from material possessions. It brings positive attitude, peace, and joy. As we  simply our lives, our mind and body will function at their best because they are relaxed and they are content. This will make us happy. It will boost our mental and physical health.

Cutting back on  activities simplifies  life. With free time, it is more fun to appreciate nature, family, pets, and friends

When I lost track, I reminded myself that I am retired. It also helps to say no to things that don’t matter.  I learned to say,  maybe,  or I’ll think about it to be polite.
