If you exercise and eat healthy, you will die healthy. If you don’t exercise and eat healthy, you may develop chronic disease depression or any kind of illnesses

High blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, cancers, and obesity are all related to unhealthy foods and lifestyles. If you are ill and you exercise, you will live longer than the healthy people who don’t exercise.

According to the Center of Disease Control. and Prevention (CDC), the primary benefit of a healthy lifestyle is weight loss or maintenance. It can improve blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
Healthy lifestyles are different from different people. But we all need to improve our sleeping habits, including exercise. and proper amount of nutrition in our daily lives. Age doesn’t matter. Healthy choices are a part of a lifelong journey.
Exercising regularly, sleeping well, and making healthy eating choices will make our body and brain function at their highest capacity.
By making smart decisions, we can make the most of our day-to-day life and reap the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle.
