We can start with making time to relax and enjoy ourselves. We are working so much that our health will pay the price. Little that we know, this will decrease our productivity and be at our best. When we let this go on for a long time, we are going to develop illnesses that we can avoid if we spend time prioritizing our health. Making time to relax and enjoy ourselves will reduce stress levels, which may cause us to make bad decisions and wrong choices. The first item on our to-do list must be health. This will force us to take care of our health. Putting health first on our to-do list along with our obligation is prioritizing health.
