Young living is healthy living
Health is Wealth-
Ralph Waldo Emerson
Young living is healthy living. When I see friends and family enjoying life, I can tell that they have a healthy lifestyle. They make good choices and decisions. They also get along and love each other more than their unhealthy counterparts. All family has issues. That’s normal. Healthy Living helped me understand the value of relationships and the importance of having balance and good health . Plus, healthy living is good for our mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, social, health, and well-being. My attitude is the first thing I worked on. I don’t have any more boring moments like I used to. After retirement, my life was boring. My attitude about life changed when my husband had a heart attack in 2021. My youngest brother died of diabetes at about the same time, which made me start thinking about healthy living and becoming independent. I realized my husband might not be there to help me and take care of me all the time. I learned fast. I still ask for help. I try to fix my problem before I ask for help. I found out I can fix things and take care of issues on my own. I used to count on my husband to fix and take care of everything. That’s why I married him to take care of me. We love each other too. We celebrated our 51st wedding anniversary last February 3, 2024. Tough time was a blessing in disguise. Now, I am ready to fulfill my dreams and goals align with God’s will. God wants us to be happy. Taking care of myself is my priority. When I am healthy, I can take care of others. We are here to enjoy life and take care of each other.
