Life is better with family & Friends
Three years ago, my husband suffered from a heart attack. There was no sign of him being sick. Just one day, he got sick and spent time at the hospital. After that drama, he has been seeing a doctor regularly. He filled his calendar with scheduled appointments to see a doctor. I went with him on some of those appointments. I felt guilty, so I cut back on my activities. I gave up Silver Sneakers and the Library, and I am still working on cutting more activities. I am writing my second book, “Life is Like a Dream. I am only working on it in my spare time. Somehow, it is coming along. Spending more time with my husband to improve our relationship is a the best choice I did. His health improved, too. I am so happy to tell you his calendar has been free of doctor’s appointments for a while now. That’s why I am so excited. This month, it will be 3 years ago since he had a heart attack. I am so grateful and thankful he is eating healthy and exercising regularly. He plays gulf and practice once in a while. He fixes anything that needs attention when he is 100%. He doesn’t waste his energy when he has it. He has a change of heart, and I do, too. God is good. When we are good to our family and friends, God bless us and answer our prayers favorably.
