Doing  things  we enjoy improves our mood, reduces stress, brings joy and happiness to our well-being.  When we are happy, we are healthy. When we enjoy what we are doing, it is  more likely we are going to keep doing it. Our  loved ones will see how happy we are they are  more likely to join us. It is  contagious. When we prioritize our health, we can recharge and rejuvenate, which can  lead to increased productivity. That’s how we find our purpose.  The  things we keep doing in our free time are what  we  are meant to be doing. We  excel at activities we are passionate about. We can gain self-awareness and greaterself-esteem.

We’ll be happier and enjoy life.
