Self-care

Self-care is prioritizing myself, which is an essential element for living a healthy life. When I am healthy , I am happy. I can take care of myself and others and make good decisions and choices. I focus on what is important and valuable to me.  I let go of things that don’t serve me anymore.  Even if it’s helpful in the past.  Time goes fast.  Once it passes, I can’t get it back.  It’s gone. The future is uncertain.  Right now is really what I have. I am enjoying life. I surround myself with people with the same interests, values, and passion. That’s all, folks!
