Live Fully, Love Freely  zand Laugh Loudly

Every drop  counts

🍯( From my  book,” A Taste of Honey”- Cora Parker)

-I thought  the sweet  life  meant  having  it all figured out…fast, perfect, and wrap a pretty bow.

But  life, like honey  doesn’t  rush  it drips. It stretches.  It teaches us patience whether we ask for it or not.

Now I  see it  differently. The  sweet life  isn’t  something  I chase anymore  It’s  something I  live. One  small  moment, one  quiet  choice one golden drop at a time.

Some days  don’t feel  sweet at all

There are happy  moments, sharp words, tired hearts, and  lessons that  sting before  they soften..But I ‘ve learn this- every  drops  counts. ¹

It’s in the way I choose peace instead of reacting.

It’s in laughing at  myself  when it gets  messy.

It’s in playing  outside with  Buddy, feeling the sun,, on my  face, and letting joy  sneak in  without permission.

It’s  letting go  of what  weighs me down. -pain, expectation, the  need  to control  everything.

And it’s in holding  on to  what  matters- love, gratitude, presence  and the people  who make  my  soul  feel like home.

I don’t  rush  any  more.

I don’t  need  everything  to be  perfect

Because  I’ve tasted enough life to know, sweetness  comes slowly drop by drop, I built a life  that  feels softer, lighter, and more  mine.

Not  perfect- but real.

Not rushed – but  meaningful.

That’s the  kind of  sweet  that  lasts

So here I am… still livin’  still  learning  joy.

Not all at once.

Not all  figured out.

But  one drop at a time.

Because the truth is ‘

the  sweet life is never  far away

It was  always right  here…

waiting for  me  to  slow  long  enough to  taste  it.
