Education has been my companion in my distress and frustrations. Education is so important for every one of us as we age. Through God’s help, we can achieve the best. Because of education, I make better decisions and choices. I achieved my goals and enjoyed great experiences, I learned to be humble, forgiving, and to love unconditionally. Education is meaningless without our loved ones, family, and friends to share our achievements and success. Learning improves our aging process.
b. Sun – 10 minutes of sun in the morning is beneficial in the aging process. People who don’t go outside have more wrinkles and old looking. We have to go outside at least once a day to get some sun and fresh air.
Too much sun exposure causes premature aging. and skin problems. Ultraviolet light and to much exposure to sunlight damages skin cells called photoaging. It may cause an age spot and increase the risk of skin cancer. To protect yourself from sun damage, use sunscreen. Wear hat, sunglasses, and protective clothing.
Healthy daily habits can improve premature aging. Stop smoking. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Read labels. Avoid bad fats, sugar, and high sodium content, ultra processed and processed food. Cut back on alcohol. Exercise. Regular physical activity improves circulation and boosts the immune system, which promotes healthy aging. Take care of your skin. Cleanse your skin daily to remove dirt. Take a bath. Avoid harsh skin products. Lower your stress level. Reduce stress. Chronic stress and anxiety damage our body when they trigger the release of inflammatory stress hormone called cortisol. Pray. Meditate. Socialize. It keeps us psychologically engaged and may help influence longevity. Improve the quantity and quality of your sleep. To avoid premature aging, prevention is through healthy living.

2. Genetics – Longer life spans tend to run in families, which suggests that shared genetics, lifestyles, or both determine longevity. Scientist study people in their nineties and one hundred years to determine what contributes to their long lives. They found out they have a little in common in income and profession. Their similarities they share are that many are non-smokers who do not have obesity and handle stress very well. Also, most are women. These older adults are less likely to develop age-related chronic disease, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, and diabetes than their same-age peers. Scientists speculate that lifestyle is a stronger determinant of health and life than genetics. Healthy choices, eating well, avoiding bad habits, appear to keep individual healthier as they age into eighties and beyond

It does not matter how old we are. We can live a life rich with health vitality and joy. We can be happy, have energy, and look forward to what the day will bring. It will improve our well-being. A positive attitude goes a long way. We don’t have to worry what the day is going to be. We know it is going to be good. Set backs are part of living. We have to accept and hope for the best. Tomorrow is another day. Aging well is in your hand. Take care of yourself inside, and it will also show outside. Aging gracefully and naturally is possible through healthy living .Be kind to yourself and others. Love yourself and others. We are here to enjoy life, help, and love others . We can not stop aging, but we can age gracefully. Let’s not take our blessings for granted. Let’s all be grateful and thankful. See you
