CHANGE: THE BEST IS YET TO COME

CHANGE is one of the best way to improve your health and well-being. You can focus on your goals easily when you leave your bad habits and negative thoughts behind. Last year, when I changed my thoughts, my whole life changed for the best. I start with an imagination on what I want for my future to be . I picture it on my mind. I believe it 🙏 I pray about it and start working on it. My formula: imagine +believe+ act + pray = achievement. Expect the best, with God’s help I can achieve the best.

#1. Change has brought excitement in my life. I look forward to what the day will bring. I know that’s going to be great. I enjoy outdoor, writing, learning, and trying new ideas. I have the best days ahead of me..

#2. Change gave me different meaning of appreciating my blessings.

a. Silence – When I wake up, I pray/meditate. My days are warm and pleasant, when I get this done. There are days when I get distracted, and something comes up. That day is not as great .Silence clears my thoughts. My purpose to create something is easier. It doesn’t have to be something big, sometimes, just visit a neighbor or meet an old friend I haven’t seen in a while. Calling a family or a friend is also important. Silence is the time when I can imagine something. If I believe in it, I work and pray on it . It becomes reality. It has to align with God’s will. Our being has infinite love, joy, peace, and wisdom .These are blessings within us. Close your eyes, enjoy the peace and silence. Feel the love you can share. The more love you share and give, the more will return to you. Love God and yourself first and others. You can’t give what you don’t have .❤️ Feel that joy within you, and feel it grow. The serene peace is so powerful. Feel that joy of wisdom within you. Your doubts and questions may be revealed within you.

b. Relationships.- God gave me family and friends to enjoy and learn from. Change has changed my attitude towards them. I am more compassionate when they are cranky. I used to be crankier when somebody was cranky. Maybe he/she is experiencing some pain or going through something. I challenge you. For 5 days, practice gratitude. Be thankful and grateful for everything, every single little thing. Your anger, frustration, and disappointment may disappear. You may feel better. For some that’s angry and don’t even know why, this will not be easy for you. You must give this idea a chance. Our bodies need to relax. Our hearts work hard when we are angry. I have studied this formula because my family died and suffered from diabetes and heart problems. I am careful with my heart. We have to live in the present Thinking about a joyful future, a more positive mindset will make us feel, it is already happening right now. From my experience with stronger emotions, thinking about my great future keeps my mind and body healthy. Having something to look forward to is exciting. Inviting positive and wholesome thoughts makes our mind and body healthy because we are happy and content. On the other hand, when entertaining negative thoughts, it will make us miserable and attract illnesses, misery, frustration, anger just to name a few.

c. Experience-Everyday is a blessing. Change has taught me to enjoy every minute of my blessed day. There are a lot of people didn’t wake up today. I want to enjoy my day to the fullest. It doesn’t matter what I am doing, where I am going, I must enjoy today. Recently, somebody was rushing me to go to an event. I said, ” I am not ready. I don’t have to go, If you are in a hurry, go without me.” Life is beautiful. I want to enjoy it. I don’t want to be rushed and pressured anymore.

Psalm 118:24

” Today is the day the Lord had made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.” (NKJV)

#3. Change has taught me discipline. Imagination is not going to become a reality if you don’t believe and work on it, You have to do whatever it takes to achieve your dreams. It doesn’t matter who/when/how old you are. Your dreams will come true. Study, go to seminars, and talk to people who are successful in the activities you are interested in . Change . Believe. Pray. Act on your dream.

Possibilities are endless. You can be what you want to be. Believe, and you will succeed.
