I was born on December 7, 1950, in Manila Philippines. I graduated high school at Araullo High School Philippines. I graduated college at the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Mo. My major was in Home Economics, and my minor was in Speech Communication. I am married. My husband and I raised 2 sons who are in the military. John retired from the Marine Corps, and Barry is still serving in the Navy. By 2026, he serves 30 years. Our grandchildren have grown up. Life has been good and keeps getting better.
My goal to reach a lot of people as much as possible to include healthy living in their daily lives has been a success. Watching family and friends dying and suffering from diabetes inspired me to research, study, and talk to people about young living. Young living is healthy living. Our attitude will make an impact on our physical, mental, and emotional health. With a positive mindset, we will make good decisions and good choices. This is necessary to have a healthy, mind, body, and spirit.Last year had been a life changing for me. The greatest gift is finding your true self, what you want to do, and knowing God is within you. I expect the best and achieve the best. With God’s help, I can achieve the best. Healthy living helped me escape diabetes through healthy living. My prayers are that healthy living and healthy lifestyles may keep me and everybody healthy. With God’s help, we can live a fruitful, happier, healthier life. I believe. Healing from within is better than healing through medicine. But if you have to, follow your doctor’s order faithfully. I am thankful .I am grateful for the blessings and learning I have learned throughout the years.
Ephesians 5:20
“Always give thanks, to God the father of everything in the name of our Lord Jesus, Christ.”
