Prayer

The heavier our burden, the longer our prayers will be. The desire to pray is good for our mental health and physical health. When we are praying, our bodies release stress, and we become happier and feel better. Our society has become so busy that we don’t take care of our health. We need to slow down and add positive thinking and self-love, peace, and joy to our lives. If we want to live a healthier lifestyle, we have to take things easy. Our health is important to us , so we can age gracefully. Praying is the easiest way joy in our daily lives. Try it what you have to lose? A few minutes? Inexchage for a hectic day? I am praying before and after sleeping. At least I try. When I pray, my day is better, even with challenges.

Proverbs 17:33

Life has been very busy. Stressful for some and others are just letting times go by. With new devices, fast technology, and growing choices, we are losing ourselves to unnecessary lifestyles that can make our health and quality of life deteriorate. I am guilty of this also.

My life has been changing for the better since I started writing. My desire to reach out to a lot of people to take good care of their health through healthy living has become increasingly important to me. This is my journey. I wish I could have done more for my family if I had thought about this journey earlier.
