I am aware my body can not handle too many additives, preservatives, and all those chemicals our bodies don’t need . The second thing our mind needs is learning. You need to stimulate your mind with positive thoughts to create something amazing. If you move towards education, you will move towards progress. You have to learn how you can grow on whatever you are interested in. Read books, go to the library. Hang out with people who are successful in what you are interested in.
