LEARNING TO PRAY
Praying is the only way we can really feel the presence of God. Prayer is the way God gives us grace and we experience his love for us . And we also experience his forgiveness for our sins. We are forgiven. Ephesians 9:32, “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgiven you.” We feel the joy and peace when we talk with Him. God also give us so many things that we prayed for. I feel safe when I am praying. We need prayer for a beautiful peaceful life. We just need to learn to pray. It’s a requirement for healthy living. My prayer is for God to give us the spirit of wisdom, so that we can serve HIM better. Praying quietly and sincerely is the best way to pray. When you feel distress or anxious, just sit down and pray. You’ll feel the calmness and joy and equipt for any challenges.
PRAYER AS A CONVERSATION
Prayer is something that helps us grow. Prayer is the act or practice of praying as to God or a God. we; A thought of utterance to God or god in praise, thanksgiving, confessions, ect. (Webster’s New World). My interpretation of prayer is, “Prayer is just talking to God or just having conversation with God with everything my heart desires. “Most of the time, it is always to thank him for all the blessings he sent my way. As a child I remember praying. God is always in my heart. I have faith that this is my new beginning. I know my future will be good.. My prayer is just for our Lord to bless me with peace and joy, whatever plan HE has for me, I know it is going to be awesome. I am thankful God is always within my reach. I can pray anywhere, everywhere I am. He is always there besides me. I am thankful all the time.
PRAYERS
My prayers consist of intimacy, struggles, and reality. My husband and I raised 2 wonderful sons who are still in the service. Both of them are past retirement but they are still serving. I always pray for our children, grandchildren, family’s and friends. Spending at least 20 minutes a day helps me to have a calm mind and spirit. When I go through tough times, I surrender my pain troubles, indecisiveness, and doubts to our Lord Jesus. When I don’t know what to do or how to get things done, I trust, believe, and have faith that there is a divine force taking care of everything in a perfectly manner. The reality is that our days can be great or bad . With prayer, we can handle the bad situation in a positive manner. We know God is there to guide us and lead us. His love never fails.
POWER OF PRAYER
Prayers are powerful when our faith and belief are from our heart. It is inside of us. Our faith, believe and conviction make our prayers powerful. Prayer is the extension of our relationship with our Lord. ” For God so loved the world that He gave us His one only Son, that whoever believes ever believe in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. ” John 3:16. It is the power that lives inside of us. that give us the power of praying . By joining our faith with the Holy Spirit we can do anything we set our mind to. When we pray in Jesus name, we’ll feel the peace and joy in our heart. Now that’s powerful.
Ephesians 1:18
“I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which HE has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people.” (NIV)
