That’s why I say, “Thank you.” I am grateful of my relationships, my accomplishments, my family and friends, my health and well-being.

Being grateful improves our self-confidence and self-esteem. We enjoy what we are doing, and thankful for doing it. Things will not always happen the way we expected them. We understand that, we move on and be thankful anyway. We are aware that if we don’t like what we are doing somebody else will be happy to do what we are doing. Then, later we will say, “I used to that.” This doesn’t mean we have to get stuck on the job we don’t like. If we like to do something better, we have to learn it work on it, study it and be good at it. You can’t just ask for it. You have to plant it.
