I start my day with 20 minutes of meditation. Here, I start with my difficulties and enjoyment that occurred the day before. I am thankful for both. I encourage myself to make my bad days better by studying what has happened that made that bad situation happen. So next time I have the same situation, I can act accordingly. This routine seems to help my relationships with friends and family and improved my personality. There are times when life knocks me down; times when I can’t deal with every item on my to do list, most of the time I just can’t find enough time to do everything I want to do. When these moments occurred, I just reminded myself that setbacks and challenges are normal parts of life. I know that thing doesn’t work all the time with my plans. But sometimes it does.

SMILE

Smile! As I get up and start my day, I smile and thank our Lord for the beautiful day ahead of me. It seem my day and mood are always in harmony with my attitude. I try my very best. Smile encourages people to like me and be comfortable around me. It helps me relax too. When I am relax, I can focus on my goal and my day always turn a great day. I am grateful of what life has offered me. I stay focus on my path and live a simple healthy life.

BEING THANKFUL

I am thankful for waking up , feeling refreshed, and motivated to enjoy my day. It is going to be a good day. I have this thought that I am going to create something beautiful today. My day is bright and beautiful, Our Lord God made them all.

ENJOYING THE PRESENT

Being aware of the present moment gives me perspective and guides me for a beautiful journey ahead of me I know everything I am doing is going to be helpful and rewarding. Everything I am doing is in harmony with me and my environment. I learned to be around people who enjoy and appreciate the same thing I do.

CHALLENGES

I treat my challenges as my opportunities. If I get stuck on a traffic, I take that chance to pray, meditate, or listen to inspiring audio. If I missed something, I would just create and learn something new. The point is that we are not stuck. There is always something better we can replace whatever it might be.

LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE

If things don’t turn out the way I expected it, our Lord probably has a better plan for me. This happened so many times to me before.

When one door closes, a better door opens. I believe!

Positive thinking has motivated me all along. Now, I am more focused, enjoying life more because I am aware of how my mind and body work together. I am happy now that I know how to take care of myself and make better choices and decisions for me.

Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid , nor be dismayed , for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
