Around family and friends, I feel loved

I cherish my life. At 73, my life is well lived. I spend most of my life with friends and family. Looking back, I can say I choose to spend most of my time with my younger family members like my grandchildren, nephew, and nieces when my husband is playing Gulf or fixing something around the house. My husband is a mechanic, electrician, plumber, and fixes everything I break. My friends range from grade school, high school to 95 years old. After I retired 11 years ago, I shifted my interest to older friends. I love being around older friends. I love going to the gym, library, Writer’s Utopia, and book club. I prioterize to continue to spend time with my granchildren, nephew, and nieces. That always makes me feel loved and appreciated.

I am so thankful for technology that gives us easy access to get in touch. Most of my younger friends are now all grown with their own families. I watched them grow physically mentally and emotionally. My children, grandchildren, nephew, and nieces are doing excellent. They are happy and healthy. That’s all I pray and care about. So I say I feel loved when I am around family and friends. Now that I have time to play and raise furbies. I can say that they make me feel loved, too. No boring moments for me. I also picked up some new friends on Facebook. Sometimes, when I am not uploading, I go through their timeline, and I laugh so hard by myself.
