Positive Attitude

With  a positive attitude, I learned to see  the thoughts behind other people’s actions. Why are they impatience, crancky, or moody.

I experienced this myself. When I don’t feel good, I am not as cheerful as I want to be. If something is bothering me, I am crancky. When I just received bad news, it also affected my mood. According to  Meriam Webster Dictionary, attitude is a mental  position with  regard  to a fact or state; feeling  or emotion. To me, attitude is all in our minds. Sometimes, we got it from tradition, friends, or family. I always have a positive attitude that I can remember.

At 73, I had so many experiences that l know there’s hope  and see the  best even in a difficult  situation. I keep in mind  that nothing lasts forever.  Whatever is going on, it is temporary.

A positive  attitude has a hopeful and optimistic attitude. It is hard to be depressed when we are thankful and grateful  for what we have.  A positive attitude will lead to a positive outcome. I appreciate my family and friends who complimented me on my positive attitude.
